RELEASES NEWSWATCH, VERSION 12.0
Brooklyn, New York – June 12, 2006 – Track Data Corporation (Nasdaq: TRAC) today announced that its NewsWare division has released NewsWatch, version 12.0.
NewsWatch is a powerful, customizable news-filtering program. NewsWatch offers hundreds of national and international news sources, including general newswires, financial newswires (such as Dow Jones), press release wires, SEC filings, and newspapers, as well as easy, one-click links to thousands of web sites. The NewsWatch search engine filters news in real-time, sorting by ticker symbol, category code, keyword, topic, industry, and news source. Featuring real-time full text filtering and complex queries, its real-time alerting functions allow users to choose topics of interest and be among the first to know when news breaks.

Enter a ticker symbol and the day’s news stories will appear on one side of the screen and a historical price chart on the other. Click anywhere on the chart and the news stories from that day will appear.
