Brooklyn, New York – February 19, 2004 – Track Data Corporation (Nasdaq: TRAC) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $.01 per common share payable March 22, 2004 to holders of record on March 8, 2004. Track paid its first cash dividend of $.01 per share on September 22, 2003. The Board expects to consider future dividends semi-annually.
