Our principals are IT professionals, software engineers and financial professionals who understand the challenges traders face every day and have developed products and services designed to overcome those challenges.
Barry Hertz founded the Company in 1981. He remains its principal stockholder and has served as its Chief Technology Officer since its inception.
Mr. Hertz’s prior business experience includes serving as the Chairman of Innodata Corporation, a global outsourcing provider of Internet and on-line digital content services, which he co-founded and of which he was a principal stockholder.
Mr. Hertz holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from New York University and a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Brooklyn College.
Martin Kaye has been Track Data’s Chief Executive Officer since March 16, 2007. He joined Track Data in 1994, serving as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and a Director of the Company.
Prior to joining Track Data, he was an audit partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP for more than five years until his resignation in 1993. Mr. Kaye is a certified public accountant and holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Baruch College.
Stanley Stern has been with Track Data for 20 years. Since April 2005 he has been Chief Compliance Officer of the Company’s broker/dealer, TDSC. He is also a director of the Company. Prior there to, he served as Senior Vice President of Customer Relations, Chief Operating Officer and other predecessor positions.
From January 1998 through May 2000, Mr. Stern was the Chief Operating Officer of Integrated Medical Technologies, Inc., an Internet-based provider of medical services information. Mr. Stern holds a B.B.A. from Baruch College.
William Olsen joined Track Data in1990 and has served as Vice President of Sales since 2005. Prior to his affiliation with Track Data, Mr. Olsen traded equities and equity options for his own account. Mr. Olsen has 20 years of financial experience and has worked for some of the leading brokerage houses in Chicago.
Mr. Olsen is also a director and board member of Alteus, a privately held networking services firm. He holds a BA in Communications from the University of Illinois and did his post-graduate work at Northwestern University.
David Drillick has been Chief Operating Officer of TDSC, the Company's broker-dealer subsidiary, since December 2005. He has served as the Company's Vice President of Online Trading Operations since August 2000. Mr. Drillick was a Principal at Pond Equities, a full service securities broker-dealer, from November 1997 through August 2000. He had previously been a Branch Manager for King Financial Services, a self-clearing and full service securities broker-dealer. Mr. Drillick holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics/Actuarial Studies from Touro College (1992).
Ray Forman joined the company in 1994 and served as its European Finance Manager before assuming his current position as General Manager in 1998.
Ray Foreman was educated at Westcliffe High Grammar School and read Natural Sciences (Materials Science) at Queens’ College, Cambridge where he obtained a Masters Degree (MA Cantab.). After graduating he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Robson Rhodes & Co., a UK-wide firm of Chartered Accountants. On leaving professional practice Ray took on roles in Financial Control in the Musical Instrument division of CBS and then in a UK quoted Property group before joining the British Technology Group (BTG) in 1980.
